Often, in a sermon, I don't get to say all that I want to say. And some things end up in a file folder because I just run out of time, go a different direction, or decide not to use some things that are helpful for any number of reasons.
Recently, in my sermon on "God's Will" – there were many things I didn't use but wanted to. Here was a quote from David Platt I was going to use, but ran out of time.
"We operate as if God's will were lost. And we've devised an assortment of methods for finding it."
