How Missions Should Be Done (Papau, New Guinea) – a video

This is a longer video (23 minutes), but if you can find time over Thanksgiving, you will be glad you watched it!

The video gives us a glimpse at how God has worked in the lives of a village of people in Papua, New Guinea, because of the faithful prayers prayed, relationships built, and overall hard work put in by a small group of missionaries. The missionaries spent years getting to know the Ata people, their language, and their culture before teaching them to read using the Bible and presenting them with the Gospel. That is how the Ata people came to trust and follow Christ – and then they began planting churches in other villages nearby. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I did!

When I think of how missions should be done with unreached people groups, this is what I think is an ideal model. I promise, you will be glad you gave 23 minutes of your life to this video. Enjoy watching the power of the Gospel at work.

  1. A church in an unreached people group has been planted that, in turn, plants churches. It’s like something out of a dream!

    LOVE IT!!!
