In a sentence or
two, what does your job look like at Northridge?
I've just finished reading Deep and Wide
by Andy Stanley and he spends a lot of time talking about creating a welcome environment
for new guests.  Since I'll be assisting with Facilities, I will get to help
facilitate that environment by always looking at our space through the eyes of
a newcomer.
